Date of delivery depends on the quantity, level of difficulty and amount of formatting required. Please let us know your preferred time frame and will do our best to accommodate it. The rates are based on the number of words in a source language document, as counted by MS Word.
There is a minimum fee for 1-page documents and projects counting less than 300 words. Certification and notarization of your translated legal documents are available for a small fee. Please let us know if you need this service when requesting a translation.
Urgent translation services are available and the pricing for translation services in that case will include the rush fee, which depends on the time required for a specific translation assignment.
Of course! However, please note that documents submitted as PDFs or images that are not easy to edit, are subject to an additional fee of 20%. Translations will respect the format of the source document.
Payment is in USD and is due before the start of the translation. Payment can be made by credit card, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
